We provide on-site Ball Bar check on your machine. The Ball Bar test is able to diagnose the machine inaccuracy. It can check squareness, reversal spikes, cyclic error, scaling factor, servo mismatch and more.
We also provide geometric accuracy test on your machine. This will ensure that your machine is still within the manufacturer specs and is up to standard.
In compliance with ISO standard, our calibration certificates are accompanies by a fully documented Summary Report and copies of all test results.
