Anilam Wizard 1000 ( for milling and turning applications)

The ANILAM Wizard 1000 readout for milling and turning applications is a fully programmable readout that allows the user to create, edit, and execute programs from the program mode. The Wizard 1000 provides the capability to create a library of program names, each independently labeled. Each program can hold multiple steps, resulting in the ability to generate a large number of program files.

Programming features such as tool step, datum step, preset step, circle pattern step (mill only), linear pattern step (mill only), and incline and arc milling steps (mill only) are just a few advantages of using the ANILAM Wizard 1000 4-axis programmable readout.

Available in the same LCD readout as a 2-, 3- or 4-axes display, the Wizard 1000 for milling comes complete with bolthole pattern calculations with graphics for full and partial circles and linear patterns, zero reset and preset features, tool diameter compensation, near zero warning, and every other operating feature available in ANILAM’s previous DRO product lines. The Wizard 1000 for turning applications comes complete with sixteen tool offsets that make it simple to compensate for different tool sizes. And when the tool offset is used with the axis lock feature, the tool deflection is reduced, even under load. The Wizard 1000 for turning also features a taper calculator.
