OIL CLEAN series portable coolant filter is designed to improve coolant quality and improve filtration. OIL CLEAN works automatically, in by-pass, even during night time, when the machine tool is shut down. The coolant is drawn by a pump directly from the coolant tank and filtered by phenolic resin coated cellulose filter element. The coolant can be filtered from 3 to 25 microns depending on your individual needs. The flow rate ranges from 120 to 150 l/min (31.7 – 39.6 gpm).
The MAXFLOW series coolant filter is designed for the filtration of large volumes of coolant utilizing an indexing filter media. The MAXFLOW utilizes a high static hydraulic pressure to provide high filtration performance while significantly reducing filter fabric usage. The MAXFLOW is suitable for all machine tools and metalworking machines that use water based or neat oils coolants with a viscosity of up to 20 cSt at 40°C. The flow ranges from 300 to 1,600 l/min (79.2 – 422.6 gpm).
The SPIN series of SELFCLEANING drum coolant filters is the addressed solution for processes where disposable materials are not desirable. A metallic net is used as a filter media (whose degree efficiency can be customized) and is automatically cleaned, at the right time, by a pressurized coolant flow. A sludge dredge collects the impurity fell down from the net. The flow rate ranges from 300 to 1200 l/min (79,2 – 317 gpm), depending on the working process.
The ultimate series of EVOTECH DEEP provides the reliable concepts and solutions already applied on EVOTECH series. EVOTECH DEEP dramatically increases the benefits generated by applying the hydrostatic pressure of the coolant to the filter media resulting in better filtration, better performance and a huge reduction of footprint and fabric consumption. The flow rate ranges from 50 to 600 l/min (13.2 – 158.5 gpm). Self rolling dirty media system is also included with this model for easy maintenance.
The KALAMIT series magnetic disc separators are suitable for all machine tools or metalworking to separate magnetic particles from neat oil or water soluble coolants. The KALAMIT can operate with a maximum viscosity range of 20 cSt at 40°C. The flow rate ranges from 30 to 700 l/min (7.9–185 gpm). This type of coolant filter is considered a “self cleaning” system, working with no disposable materials. KALAMIT can be used, as pre-filter,
on any indexing media coolant filter.
